Who knew there was so much to the balloon world?

What areas do you service?

We are based in Riverside, CA. We mostly service Corona, Riverside, Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, Chino Hills, Fontana, Yorba Linda and Rancho Cucamonga. For inquiries outside these areas there may be additional delivery charges with a minimum $600 order requirement.

Is there a minimum order?

For installations within a 20 mile radius of my location there is a $500 minimum order. I do also offer many different services for all budgets including grab and go garlands which are ready made balloons you pick up from me. Please see my pricing guide for more information.

I have a last minute event can you help?

If we have availability I will do everything I can to fit you in my schedule. There is a $50 rush fee when events are placed a week before your event.

What is your booking deposit?

Yes we do. Once you fill out our inquiry form we will send you a proposal with all the details enclosed for your event. We require a 50% non-refundable down payment to book your day and secure supplies for your event. We also require full payment due the day before the event.

We had a change in plans, can I get a refund?

Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferrable to a different day where availability allows.

How long do balloons last?

We use the highest quality of branded balloons and materials. We install the best to our abilities and do everything we can to make sure your balloons will last as long as possible. That being said we can not guarantee what will happen once we leave your event.

Some factors that may affect your balloons are direct sunlight, pets, humidity, wind, and children. We strongly advise having balloons set up indoors. They can last up to a month indoors out of direct sunlight. If your event is outdoors, we suggest a full shaded area. Balloons oxidise (breakdown) more quickly in the sun and may pop or have discolorations. Outdoors balloons last at best 1-2 days.
